Mr. Jimale is the IT Manager at Teck Logistics in Dublin, OH. Mr. Jimale brings over eighteen years of experience to the position of Board Chair, including leading teams of over 100 users and optimizing infrastructure at all organizational levels. From 2016 to 2019, Mr. Jimale served as an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati, and he received his Master of Science in Informational Technology at the University of Cincinnati in 2019.

Abdirahim Warsame has been working with Dahabshil, Inc. for more than 25 years. He also has extensive knowledge of accounting and he currently serves as vice president of Dahabshil, Inc. Before he joined Dahabshil Inc. he accumulated more than 12 years of experience in the banking industry.  During his tenure with Dahabshil he has mastered accounting software such QuickBooks and Peachtree accounting. He holds a Diploma of accounting from Somali University and currently is enrolled in a bachelor of accounting program with Columbus State Community College, Columbus-Ohio. As a Head of Finance Chief, Mr. Warsame is responsible the finance of Dahabshil Inc. and he oversees all company financial operations.

Mr. Dalmar is a laboratory technician with Ohio Health, where he is responsible for interpreting a variety of patient tests to ensure accurate results. He is a lead trainer for all of the chemistry equipment at the lab and focuses on quality completion in the high-volume laboratory.

Mr. Arraleh is a senior economist and management consultant with 15+ years of experience in economic development, business development, strategy, and corporate governance spanning diverse sectors. He was an economic development advisor for Somali Stability Fund based in Kenya. He also served on the Somali National Communications Board for 6 years.
